BANANA BREAD RECIPE

Banana Bread

Ingredients

125g butter

250g icing sugar

2 pcs egg

30ml natural yogurt

5ml vanilla essence

6 pcs ripe banana (lemon)

60g chopped walnuts

250g white flour

5ml baking soda

2g salt

PROCEDURE

• Beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy

• Lightly beat the eggs with a fork and gradually add to the butter mixture along with the yogurt and vanilla essence.

• Stir in the bananas and walnuts.

• Sift the flour, baking soda and salt together.

• Fold into the banana mixture until well mixed.

• Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

• Pour the dough into it.

• Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 50-60 min., until golden and firm.

• Allow to cool and enjoy a good banana bread.
